June: Publication updates! Marc's paper experimentally showing complementarity between distantly related species drives productivity has been published in PNAS. Two papers accepted. One on combining and assessing traits versus phylogeny in Ecology Letters, and another on biogeographical causes of invader success in Neobiota.

May: Congrats Caroline! Our latest paper on fire variability and coexistence has been published in the Journal of Applied Ecology.

May: Congrats Dr. Caroline Tucker for the successful defense of her PhD dissertation!

May: Congrats Carlos, for a collaborative paper on Peruvian ecosystems and climate change, published in PLoS ONE.

April: We've been behind on lab publication updates! Caroline has two papers, both online early. One in the Journal of Applied Ecology on fire variability and species coexistence and the the other in Diversity and Distributions on when richness and phylogenetic diversity should be correlated. Carlos has a paper in press at PLoS One on ecosystem change in Peru. Finally, Marc has a paper appearing soon in PNAS on evolutionary complementarity and ecosystem function.

Feb: Just accepted! Caroline and Marc's recent paper on synthesizing biodiversity metrics will appear in Diversity and Distributions.

Jan: Congrats Caroline! Look for our lab's latest paper on the effect of fire variability on coexistence coming out in the Journal of Applied Ecology.
